Our business concept

Our business concept is to choose for sale the best properties with good price-earnings ratio out of thousands properties available. Quality features are often outstanding but the price is still very low. We are not marketing any specific project or area but we choose the most attractive projects from good locations. By using our services customers can be sure to take best advantage of current situation. We know the area thoroughly and we widen the perspective to countryside because Andalucia is about much more than just the beach line. Some of our customers want tranquility around them, less exhaust fumes and less traffic. Andalucia has to offer something for everyone.

We live in Costa del Sol and are constantly looking for opportunities. We will guide you through the purchase process and help you with the bureaucracy which is unfortunately quite heavy in Spain. Well, there must be some downsides too,-)
