Paradise Golf and Beach Resort

THE PROPERTY AND LOCATION 

Paradise Golf and Beach Resort will be when constructed one of the best urbanisations consisting of 700 apartments in Northern Morocco. A 18-hole golf course will be built inside the plot area and it will be used by the residents. The course is planned by famous Steve Ritson and it will be suitable for all skill levels. There's a direct sea view from most of the apartments. The residence is located by the sea and next to beautiful beaches. The project will consist of following features.

  • sector D, building 4A: both ground floor apartments
  • sector D, building 7A: the other ground floor apartment

The projekti is located by the sea 15 min drive away west of Tangiers. idyllic village of Asilah is situated another 15 min west of the residence. lt is easy and fast to drive on a new motorway for instance to Tangiers International airport. 

PRICE   

Price for 75 m2 ground floor apartment consisting of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, livingroom, kitchen and 15 m2 terrace is 86000 Eur. Additional costs as official stamp duty and registration of title to a property (together approx. 6 %) are not included in the sales price. Our office will charge 3000 Eur as service fee will be also added to the sales price. 60 % of the sales price will be charged at the same when making the contract and the rest when the project is ready next summer.

We'll find out latest information of construction time on request. Prices may change before the project is finished. Changes of currency rates will change the price in Euro and Pound.

Asilah Beach Resort

THE PROPERTY AND LOCATION

The project is located on a beautiful area by Atlantic sea, only 15 min drive away from Tangiers and international Airport. There's a new motorway built from Tangiers to west. it is also very handy to take a ferry from Algericas or Tarifa. From Tangiers you may rent a car, take a taxi or bus to the project.

Asilah is elegant and historic town by sea with 20000 inhabitants. The city is famous of its park avenues and beach boulevard lined with palm trees. The best restaurants in town are there. Tourism and annual art festival has made Asilah quite prosperous and that has helped the officials to keep the town as clean as it is. Following features includes to the project:

  • private and guarded urbanisation
  • pools and a pool-bar
  • landscaped gardens
  • a cafe, bar and a minimarket 
  • a gym
  • rental services for water jets and kayaks
  • free bus connection between Asilah and the project

2 bedr, 2 bathr apartments with built surface of 116 m2 and 90 m2 (including terraces) are for sale. Parking place in the parkhall is included in the price. The project is consisting of total nine buildings with alltogether 158 apartments. Nearest golfcourse is 30 min drive away.

Price for 116 m2 apartment is 90000 Eur. First 36000 Eur payment will be charged at the time of making the contract. The rest 54000 Eur will be charged when the project is fully constructed.

Price for 90 m2 apartment is 64000 Eur. First payment is 27300 Eur and the rest 36700 Eur when the project is fully constructed.

Project will be constructed in May 2010 (situation will be checked on request). Prices may change before the project is finished. Changes of currency rates will change the price in Euro and Pound. It is possible to let the administration to rent the apartment out for certainperiods. A provision has to be paid for the administration of this service but it very easy for the owner to get some profit out of the investment by outsourcing the rental business.
